This visit is to our 23rd Acts Continuing Care Retirement Community/CCRC. Normandy Farms Estates opened in 1983, on 100 acres, with about 339 independent living apartments, 26 carriage homes and 25 villas, 58 assisted living units, and 64 skilled care beds.

Normandy Farms Estates is 4.2 miles from the nearest hospital, Suburban Community Hospital, but only 1.4 miles from the Montgomery County Community College. It is 40 minutes from the Philadelphia International Airport.
