Decided to spend the night at a fellow Northeast Region Acts community,
Fort Washington Estates. This community has 95 independent living apartments, 180 assisted living units in OakBridge Terrace, and 40 beds in WillowBrook Court Skilled Care. This was the very first of the Acts communities, which opened in 1972, but has been renovated, especially after having a tree fall on one of the buildings during an EF-2 tornado in 2021. It is located on 16 acres in Firt Washington, PA, and must be the smallest of the Acts communities.

The closest hospital, Abington Memorial Hospital, is 4.9 miles away. It is 33.2 miles to the Philadelphia International Airport.
