On the way pack to GFE, we stopped in Elkins Park, PA.
Beth Sholom Synagogue (1959, by Frank Lloyd Wright,
cited as an example of Mayan Revival architecture, 
although Wright described it as a "luminous Mount Sinai")
Unfortunately, we had incorrect tour information
A mini Holocaust Monument
Pretty disturbing...
Richard Wall House (1682 with additions) was also
used for Quaker meetings, making it the
oldest meetinghouses still standing in America

Southampton Estates Acts CCRC (8/22/2022)

Back to Pennsylvania, but not going home quite yet! 
Southampton (PA) Train Station

Tonight we are staying at the Acts Southampton Estates in Lower Gwynedd Township, PA. It is a gated community on a 75-acre campus with about 281 independent living units, 38 assisted living units, and 118 beds in the skilled nursing facility.

We had dinner at the Steam Pub, which was across
the street from the Southampton Train Station
