Our next stop was Gwynedd Estates, another one of the original Acts communities that opened in 1976. It is located on 33 acres in Ambler, PA. They have 147 independent living apartments and 20 assisted living units in OakBridge Terrace. Gwynedd Estates does not have skilled care beds; residents who require such care have a choice of available space in WillowBrook Court at up to three of the other Acts communities in the Northeast Region.
