We booked the Viking ocean cruise called Amazon & Caribbean. Apparently due to record low water levels in the Amazon River, Viking did not feel they could navigate from Manaus, Brazil. The cruise became the West Indies Adventure, visiting Caribbean islands. Fortunately for us, we have not previously been to these islands, unlike many other disappointed passengers.
Today was an At Sea day.

Main Course was Seared Halibut sitting on halved cherry tomatoes in a California olive and herb vinaigrette, and topped with arugula |
