Well, since we are including other retirement communities, we may as well include The Templeton of Cary, a NxtGen Care Community. There are 199 luxury independent living apartments and the attached Swift Creek Health Center (assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation) has 110 beds of which 28 are in skilled nursing.
