Now for a bit of Historic Lock Haven, PA, founded by Jeremiah Church in 1833, where the West Branch canal was being constructed. He named it Lock Haven due to the canal lock and as a haven for loggers, boatmen, and travelers.

Denny's menu has a long list of specialty burgers: this is a
Mac + Jack Burger, a half-pound Angus burger with
grilled onion, two slices of bacon, white cheddar
mac 'n' cheese, and pepper jack cheese on a brioche roll
